Therapy with Vesna
My approach is to meet clients where they are, guided by the belief that everyone has the capacity for growth. I listen deeply and use evidence-based therapies tailored to your individual mental health symptoms and concerns. I strive to create a safe, welcoming space where you can bring your authentic self, and where interventions are selected to effectively address your presenting concerns and treatment goals. Drawing on therapies such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), I work across the lifespan and am especially passionate about supporting minority and disadvantaged groups.
I also enjoy working within organisations – supporting individuals, leaders, and teams to identify and manage psychosocial risks, strengthening psychological safety, wellbeing, and sustainable performance. I partner with leaders and teams to improve effectiveness, decision‑making, and collaboration, particularly in complex or high‑pressure environments. I also provide executive coaching to support self‑awareness, behavioural change, and leadership impact at an individual and enterprise level.
