Therapy with Tess

I believe it is a great privilege to be able to hold a safe space for someone, to hear their story, and really listen so they may feel heard and valued. I am deeply passionate about supporting individuals along their journey, as they work toward achieving their goals. My therapeutic style can be described as holistic and collaborative, where I don’t believe ‘one size fits all’. I believe everyone is their own person and are unique in their own way. I have a client centred approach which draws on the clients unique set of strengths and skills.

I am passionate about supporting young people and their families, strengthen relationships and overcome experiences of trauma. I also have a special interest in working with couples and adults, to support their personal growth, self-awareness, sense of self and confidence within themselves and overall sense of wellbeing and satisfaction in life.

Tess’ Qualifications & Experience

Tess is a provisionally registered psychologist with AHPRA (GradDipAdv). And later gaining her qualifications in a master of Wellness Coaching accredited by the International Coaching Institute, prior to pursuing psychology later in life, to deepen her knowledge and strengthen her tool kit to help others.
