Dr Rebecca Guest

Senior Clinical Psychologist

It is a beautiful experience being with ourselves at a level of complete acceptance. When that begins to happen, a peace will come over you as you have never known.

Therapy with Rebecca

I hold the comforting belief that life is beautifully wonderous gifted to us by chance; a gift that every human or animal deserves to enjoy and thrive through. A nurturing environment, along with healthy levels of hope, resilience, and a belief in ourselves are certainly helpful ingredients, however, I also recognise life journeys are rarely smooth and unchallenging. Sometimes difficult, painful obstacles pop up along the way which challenge, and often blind us to the beauty of life, and can even thieve us of our opportunity to thrive.

Drawing from the most evidenced based practices available in the profession of clinical psychology, your treatment will take you on a journey of understanding and nurturing, discovery, and enlightenment. Gently guiding you along the pathway to health and growth, my sole goal will be to arrive you at a place of peace, acceptance and the capacity to once again thrive through your own beautifully wonderous gift of life.
