Therapy with Nyree
Therapy is a courageous step towards self-discovery and healing. It’s an opportunity to share your concerns, fears, and hopes and a journey of self-compassion. I, as your therapist am there to walk alongside you, offering understanding as you make progress towards your goals.
I offer a listening ear and a safe place where your feelings are valued, and your experiences are heard and understood. I am there to guide you, encourage self-curiosity and offer insights and coping strategies to help you navigate life’s challenges.
I use a range of evidence based practices individualised to your needs.
