Therapy with Matthew
As your privacy and comfort are of utmost importance, you can expect a safe space where you can openly discuss your experiences. Every person is unique, and so is their journey. I tailor therapy to meet your specific needs and goals, using evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). I am here to listen, understand, and empathise with your experiences. Together, we will explore the challenges you face and work towards solutions and personal growth. Therapy is not just about talking; it’s about equipping you with practical skills to manage and overcome life’s difficulties. You will learn coping strategies and tools to navigate challenges more effectively. We work as a team and so your input and feedback are crucial. Together, we set goals and track progress to ensure you are moving toward the positive change you seek. Ultimately, therapy is about helping you achieve the positive change you desire in your life. Whether it’s managing stress, improving relationships, overcoming past traumas, or enhancing your well-being, I am here to support you.
