Therapy with Laura

My therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and client-focused. I believe that you are the expert in your own experience, and my role is to support and guide you in achieving the goals that matter most to you. I aim to provide a safe, compassionate, and non-judgemental space where we can work together at your own pace. Building a strong therapeutic relationship is at the heart of my practice, as I believe this connection forms the foundation for meaningful change.

Before my current role, I gained experience working with children and adolescents with a range of presentations, including autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, anxiety, depression, and childhood trauma. I have a particular passion for supporting young people through key developmental stages, helping them build the emotional, social, and coping skills that set them up for lifelong wellbeing.

I have also expanded my work to include young adults navigating the transition to independence and identity formation. I see therapy as a valuable space for reflection and growth, and I’m committed to helping my clients develop the tools they need to reach their full potential.
