Therapy with Kelse

I am a Registered Psychologist with over 5 years of experience working in child, adolescent, and adult mental health. I have provided collaborative and compassionate support using evidence-based assessment and interventions across government and non-government organisations, including Department of Communities and Justice, secondary school settings, headspace Early Psychosis, and NDIS.

I am skilled in evidence-based treatments such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for a range of presentations (i.e., PTSD, Psychosis, Anxiety, Depression, etc.), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, and ACT. I am also trained in Positive Behaviour Support. Additionally, I am experienced in cognitive assessments (such as the WAIS, WISC, RBANS), and have also delivered Cognitive Remediation Therapy to young people in an early psychosis program.

I have extensive experience in providing individualised case management to young people, their families, and support networks, and have a special interest in working with children, adolescents, and young adults.

I am a warm and empathic clinician who will work with you to create meaningful change.
