As a registered psychologist with extensive experience in mental health, I am dedicated to helping my clients overcome their challenges and achieve their goals. I have worked with individuals with a wide range of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, personality disorders and more. My approach to therapy is collaborative and client-centered. I believe that each person is unique and deserves an individualised treatment plan that addresses their specific needs and concerns.
I use evidence-based techniques and interventions to help my clients develop the skills and strategies they need to improve their mental health and well-being. I have specific training in cognitive behavioural models including cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT).
