Renowned for his down to earth presentation style, Dr. Beehag excels at translating complex psychological concepts into practical, effective strategies that employees can readily apply in their daily interactions within the workplace (i.e., with colleagues, students, carers etc.).
Nathan develops these workshops and presentations to meet the specific needs of your staff or team, and cover a range of topics, including:
- Understanding and supporting neurodiverse children, teens or employees, including those with diagnoses such as ADHD, ASD and other psychological disorders;
- Implementing trauma-informed care practices to create safe and supportive environments for staff and participants with histories of trauma;
- Managing and de-escalating situations involving distressed children;
- Reflecting on personal backgrounds and experiences to enhance professional effectiveness and well-being.
Dr. Beehag offers flexible scheduling options, including evening sessions, Saturday mornings, and weekdays with sufficient notice. Session lengths can be customised to fit your needs, ranging from 1.5 hours to full-day workshops.
