The READ Clinic is located in Erina on the beautiful Central Coast. The Clinic is a calm and welcoming space, with free parking right outside. Telehealth (online) sessions are available, and practitioners at the Clinic also offer online workshops and courses, giving you access to quality, evidence-based therapy in your home. Practitioners are available 6 days a week (individual availability varies).

Attend your Initial Consultation
Your first appointment is called an initial consultation and this is where your psychologist will begin to explore what has brought you to the point you are at now, and what you want to get out of therapy.
Work out your therapy plan
Your practitioner will work together with you to formulate a plan for therapy and/or other interventions to support your progress.
